We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that all sale items are final sale and will not be eligible for returns.
To start a return, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your returned items are received, you will be issued a refund excluding the shipping costs for your return within 3-5 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the damaged or defective item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for returns. We cannot accept returns on sale items, pacifiers, straw cups, swimwear or gift cards.
Once we receive your return items, we will inspect for damages and pending approval, we will ship out your exchange items within 2 business days. You will receive a shipping notification when your new items have shipped.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. The shipping costs for your return will be deducted from your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
